We offer products with several slide options that include multiple extensions, mounting variations and mechanical operations ranging from roller to electric assist operation.
Slide Extensions
- 3/4 extension – Allows the product to open 3/4 of its length.
- Full-extension – Utilizes a telescoping design that allows the full length of the product to clear the cabinet.
- Over travel – Utilizes a telescoping design that lets the product extend beyond the cabinet.
Slide Types
- Self-closing slides pull the drawer closed with a gentle press.
- Soft-Close slides slows the product as it closes, ensuring that it doesn't slam.
- Detent and locking slides hold in a set position until disengaged, preventing unintended movement.
- Roller/Euro Slides feature epoxy coated thin rails and include plastic wheels allowing movement.
- Ball-Bearing slides feature lubricated bearings that move drawers allowing smooth opening and closing action. These slides typically have a release feature for easy product removal.
- Tip-On/Touch release slides are a mechanical, not electric, opening system that opens with a touch, the product door pops open.
- Servo Drive is an electronic drawer opening device that will open drawers with just a light push on the front of the drawer.
- Rev-A-Motion® is a gas spring assisted soft-open slide system that allows the unit to open smoothly and close softly.
